Effective Cost definition

Effective Cost means expenses incurred which are in compliance with the Framework Agreement and this Block Grant Agreement; "Embassy of Switzerland" (hereinafter referred to as "Swiss Embassy") means the official representative of the Swiss Confederation for the implementation of the Contribution in the Slovak Republic.
