EEU definition

EEU means the DSAMH Enrollment and Eligibility Unit.

EEU shall be only non-profit entities, educational entities and/or Social Welfare Agencies that use the services for their own purposes, provided that Licensees shall not provide such services pursuant to a request-for-proposals (RFP) or other substantially similar commercially competitive opportunities, and Licensees shall not provide such services to any entity if such entity already has an existing business relationship with Clearwire.
