EERC definition

EERC means the Environmental Education Review Committee established within MOE for the purpose of reviewing and advising on environmental science education in the Borrower’s agricultural and veterinary college system;

Examples of EERC in a sentence

  • Vested status occurs immediately upon the beginning of the sixth semester of service and shall be awarded at the end of the sixth semester so long as evaluations continue to be satisfactory, in accordance with the EERC decision titled Letter of Agreed Interpretation: Time of Vesting, Spring 2011.

  • Local College representatives may be requested by either party to attend an EERC meeting to provide clarification.

  • It is understood that this form may require revision by the EERC.

  • If EERC meetings end early, the Employee shall be compensated for the time scheduled for the meeting.

  • The District and the Federation further agree that any proposed changes in the categories above shall come to the EERC process prior to implementation.

  • PFT and the District shall review the PAPR Program annually during the spring at EERC and a budget will be mutually agreed upon at that time.

  • Charges for salaries and wages must exclude those paid to EERC employees for periods when they are on vacation, holiday, or sick leave, or are otherwise absent from work.

  • When the matter has been discussed fully by the EERC an opinion will be communicated jointly by the Co-Chairs of the EERC to the UCC or by the respective Co-Chair to the referring local party.

  • Any feedback regarding application or implementation of this shall be raised in the EERC meetings.

  • For EERC employees, the cost of vacation, holiday, sick leave pay, and other paid absences (and associated other fringe benefits) are included in a fringe benefit rate and are not included in direct charges for salaries and wages.
