EEP Spending Report definition

EEP Spending Report means the report prepared by the Borrower in accordance with the Project Operational Manual and referred to in Section I.A.6 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement on the spending status of the Eligible Expenditure Programs under Part 1 of the Project.
EEP Spending Report means the report prepared by the Borrower in accordance with the Project Operational Manual and referred to in Section I.A.6 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement on the spending status of the Eligible Expenditure Programs under Part 1 of the Project. Environmental Management Framework means the document (published and available to the public on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx.xx), dated January 31, 2008 and outlining general implementation procedures, mitigation measures and monitoring procedures for environmental purposes under the Project, as said framework may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.

Examples of EEP Spending Report in a sentence

  • In the case of the second disbursement, the EEP Spending Report will need tojustify (forecast) the need to advance the full amount, set to be spent in the period from the signing date to December 31, 2012.

  • Apart from the first and second disbursements, requests for disbursement will be accompanied by a customized Statement of Expenditures (EEP Spending Report) for a six month calendar period (see Table 8), together with a list of payments against contracts that are subject to the Bank‘s prior review.

  • In the case of the first disbursement, the EEP Spending Report will need to report expenditures paid in the period 12 months prior to the signing date (but in no case earlier than January 1, 2012).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Section 404 Report means management’s report on “internal control over financial reporting” as defined by the SEC and the related attestation report of the independent certified public accountant as described in Section 3(A)(1).

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Update means a hotfix, patch or minor version update to any Platform software; and "Upgrade" means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Statement Date means each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Verified Report means the report submitted by the Purchaser to the Head of the Purchaser setting forth its findings as to the existence of grounds or causes for termination and explicitly stating its recommendation for the issuance of a Notice to Terminate.

  • Monthly Progress Report means the report similar in form and content attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.

  • Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Discharge Monitoring Report or "DMR" means the EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
