EEP Spending Report definition
EEP Spending Report means the report prepared by the Borrower in accordance with the Project Operational Manual and referred to in Section I.A.6 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement on the spending status of the Eligible Expenditure Programs under Part 1 of the Project.

Environmental Management Framework means the document (published and available to the public on the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇), dated January 31, 2008 and revised on December 22, 2009, outlining general implementation procedures, mitigation measures and monitoring procedures for environmental purposes under the Project, as said framework may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.
