EEB CLAIM definition

EEB CLAIM means the REINSURED EEB NET AMOUNT AT RISK, if a positive value, as of the date that CEDING COMPANY calculates the EEB NET AMOUNT AT RISK under the terms of the applicable CONTRACT TYPE. REIMBURSEMENT DATE means 30 days after the later of the REMITTANCE DATE or the date that REINSURER receives a request for claim reimbursement from the CEDING COMPANY.
