Conditional release means a revocable modification of a
General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.
Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
Mental health waiver means a waiver of the two-month waiting period for an upgrade from ‘Restricted services’ to ‘Included services’ for in-hospital psychiatric treatment in accordance with Division 78 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 for an eligible member. The mental health waiver can only be used once in a member’s lifetime across any private health insurer.
Accidental release means any sudden or nonsudden release of petroleum that was neither expected nor intended by the owner or operator of the applicable UST system and that results in the need for corrective action or compensation for bodily injury or property damage.
