Educational credit definition

Educational credit means a reduction in a person’s term of imprisonment or confinement awarded for participation in an educational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other program.
Educational credit is based on advanced in-service training at a rate of one (1) training day equals one (1) credit.

  • Educational credit – the unit of measurement allocated for the mastery of a certain course in accordance with its content and the scope.

  • Educational credit is granted for extrainstitutional learn- ing and training programs through participating organizations, associations, businesses, government, industry, military or union affiliations.

  • recreational craft means a ship of any type, with a hull length of 2.5 metres or more, regardless of the means of propulsion, intended for sports or leisure purposes, and not engaged in trade;
