Educational Certificate definition
Educational Certificate means a certificate issued by the Board to a medical school graduate who is enrolled in a post-graduate training program at a specific hospital for a period of not more than seven (7) years. The specific duration of the educational certificate will be based upon the request of the hospital and may be renewed every three years.
