Education Legislation definition

Education Legislation means the SA Schools Act, the National Policy Act and the WC Act;
Education Legislation means National Education Law (Ley General de Educación) published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on December 21, 1996, Ley de la Carrera Docente (Teacher’s Career Law) published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on March 22, 1996, and Reglamento Especial de las Asociaciones Comunales para la Educación (Regulations for the Community Education Associations ) published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on December 17, 1995;
Education Legislation means the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic), the Education and Training Reform Regulations 2017 (Vic), the Australian Education Act 2013 (Cth), the Australian Education Regulation 2013 (Cth), including ministerial orders or other legislative instruments from time to time.
