Education Horizons definition

Education Horizons means the Education Horizons entity described in full in the Product Agreement. Equipment means the computer system, including peripheral equipment and operating system software, used by the Client and its Personnel in order to access and/or use the Solution and Services. Fees mean all fees and charges payable by the Client to Education Horizons for provision of the Solution and the Services set out in the Product Agreement and varied from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

Examples of Education Horizons in a sentence

  • The Client must ensure that the relevant Personnel attend any such meetings requested by Education Horizons, acting reasonably.

  • Education Horizons will be responsible for the acts or omissions of its subcontractors as if they were Education Horizons’ own acts or omissions.

  • If Education Horizons considers that the actions under this clause 16.4 are not commercially viable in the circumstances, Education Horizons may at its sole discretion either remove the infringing component of the Solution so that it is non-infringing or terminate this Agreement by providing the Client 30 days’ written notice.

  • In accordance with the Agreement to provide the Solution and Services to the Client, Education Horizons may process (but not limited to) the following types of Personal Data depending on the factors above: 5.

  • Subject matter and duration of the Processing of the Personal Data The subject matter and duration of the Processing of the Personal Data are: Education Horizons will process Personal Data to provide to the Client the Services.

  • Education Horizons will provide user support via its online support logging service.

  • If any of these underlying information or assumptions has changed or is different to what was disclosed, then Education Horizons reserves the right to vary any estimate provided in any Order.
