To support the use of these tools, each AJCC Partner agrees to the following: Comply with the applicable provisions of WIOA, Welfare and Institution Code, California Education Code, Rehabilitation Act, Adult Education Block Grant, and any other appropriate statues or requirements.
Fiscal Agent Role and Responsibilities: The Fiscal Agent (FA) will be identified to the State as the fiscal coordinator on behalf of the Barstow Area Consortium for Adult Education for the Adult Education Block Grant.

Adult Education teachers employed in California Adult Education Block Grant funded programs on an as-needed basis shall be covered by all the articles of this Agreement with the exception of Class Size and Classroom Teacher Allocation, Hours of Employment and Adjunct Duty, Salary Schedules Rules, Leaves, Evaluation, Transfers and Reassignments, Part-Time/Reduced Services Employment, and Professional Development.
