Customer acknowledges that the EDS Systems include EDS proprietary information and agrees to keep the EDS Systems confidential at all times.
Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer will return all copies of all items relating to the EDS Systems which are in the possession of Customer and certify to EDS in writing that Customer has retained no material relating to the EDS Systems.
