EDRO definition

EDRO means any Electoral District Returning Officer appointed pursuant to these Rules;

Examples of EDRO in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Plan charges an administrative or actuarial cost for reviewing or administering the [QDRO / EDRO], the parties will share this cost [equally / in proportion to their respective benefits].
