Through the increased professional development requirements for learning how to use remote learning technologies, all DDPD and EDPD hours are deemed complete for the year and will be paid to all certificated employees in full.
EDSP means the Exchange Delivery Settlement Price and has the meaning attributed to it in Rule PPPP.5.

Stillbirth means a stillbirth resulting from a person’s pregnancy, the pregnancy of a person’s current spouse or domestic partner, or another individual, if the person would have been a parent of a child born as a result of the pregnancy that ended in stillbirth.
Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.
