EDP Services means an electronic mail service provided by EPO Inc. (doing business as epost™) that facilitates the delivery of bills and invoices from Billers to their customers using Direct Services.

EDP Services means an electronic mail service provided by EPO Inc. "Eligible Bill" means a bill that is of a class specified by a by-law, a Rule, or a standard made under the Canadian Payments Act, and defined therein as an 'eligible bill'. For greater certainty, under this Agreement, an Eligible Bill supporting an Official Image must be a paper-based Instrument, complete and regular on its face, immediately payable to You as payee, and be either a cheque, bank draft, or credit union official cheque, denominated in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars and drawn on a financial institution domiciled in Canada, as and if applicable. For the purposes of this Agreement, third party Instruments that were either delivered to You with the payee in blank or endorsed over to You and post-dated Instruments shall not qualify as Eligible Bills. Further, any Instrument that has been in any way transferred to You from anyone other than the drawer, endorsed over to You, or altered after being drawn shall not qualify as an Eligible Bill.

Examples of EDP Services in a sentence

  • You consent to epost™ preparing, using, and disclosing reports relative to the performance and operation of the EDP Services, including statistical or performance reports and other analysis, compilation, and information about the EDP Services or You, and reports that pertain to Your involvement in and use of the EDP Services.

  • You acknowledge that the consents contained in a) above are requirements of the EDP Services and that if such consents are withdrawn, Your participation in the EDP Services may be suspended or terminated and any or all documents may not be presented via the EDP Services.

  • For EDP Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, BNL will pay to VIP the charges set forth in the Payment Schedule attached hereto as Schedule B: provided however and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.

  • If Seller provides data processing services with respect to any Assets and Liabilities after the Closing Date, Purchaser shall reimburse Seller for its reasonable costs and expenses in performing such services in accordance with the EDP Services Agreement provided by Seller (although nothing in this Agreement shall obligate Seller to provide any such post-Closing services).

  • VIP shall have access to BNL Data, at reasonable times, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter for purposes related to VIP's 'rendering of EDP Services to BNL pursuant to this Agreement, or as required by law, regulation or order of a court or regulatory agency or other authority having jurisdiction thereover.

  • VIP warrants that all EDP Services shall be performed in a prompt and workmanlike manner.

  • Any such enhancements shall be deemed to be included in the EDP Services and VIP System to be provided to BNL, whether developed by VIP before or during the time when services are to be provided by VIP pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If the Financial Institution through Direct Services makes EDP Services available and the Depositor uses the EDP Services: a) the Depositor consents to epost™ preparing, using, and disclosing reports relative to the performance and/or operation of the EDP Services, including statistical or performance reports and other analysis, compilation, and information about the EDP Services or the Depositor, and reports that pertain to the Depositor’s involvement in and use of the EDP Services.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, VIP shall have the right to retain in its possession all work papers and files prepared by it in performance of EDP Services hereunder which may include necessary copies of BNL Data.

Related to EDP Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
