EDO Leases definition

EDO Leases the real property leases, subleases, licenses and occupancy agreements pursuant to which any member of the EDO Group is the lessee, sublessee, licensee, user or occupant of real property used in or held for use in connection with its Business.

  • EDO has delivered or made available to AIL correct and complete copies of the EDO Leases.

  • The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements by EDO and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, do not and will not require the Consent of any Person pursuant to any of the EDO Leases or any instrument of record or agreement affecting the EDO Group's Real Property.

  • Each member of the EDO Group has good and valid title to the leasehold estate under its respective EDO Leases free and clear of any Liens other than Permitted Liens.
