EDH definition

EDH means efficient deck hand;
EDH. (or "Equivalent Derated Hours") in the Peak Period of such Contract Year means the summation of EDH for each hour during the Peak Period; provided, however, that EDH shall not include hours in any day during which the Purchaser has not Scheduled any Energy from the Facility during the entirety of such day. In each hour for which the EDH of such hour must be calculated, EDH for the hour will equal (Guaranteed Output - Actual Capability)/Guaranteed Output; "EMH" (or "Excused Maintenance Hours") shall equal hours that Seller has scheduled maintenance on the Facility in the Peak Period of such calendar year pursuant to Section 6.4 and, if applicable, the fifty-eight (58) hours of pre-testing maintenance allowed prior to a Capacity test under Section 4.1.2; provided, however, that in any hour EMH must be zero if there is no Outage Hour in such hour; and
EDH means Electricité d’Haïti, the Recipient’s power utility, established through Décret (decree) signed and published by the Recipient’s executive branch on August 20, 1989.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, EDH makes no representation concerning federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations applicable to Sponsor or the Plan.

  • The On-Time Information remuneration shall be of maximum 1.00 SDR per item if, on a country-to -country basis, the Receiving Party performs the service on 100% of items received by that Party provided that an EMD (US RESDES) Scan was sent and for which the EMH, EDH or EMI Scan was provided by 20:00 hour’s local time at point of delivery the day after delivery (“Delivery with Information-On-Time”).

  • No remuneration is payable for deliveries with On-Time information of less than 90% of all items received by a Party for which an EMD (US RESDES) Scan was made and for which the EMH, EDH or EMI Scan was provided by 20:00 hour’s local time at point of delivery the day after delivery (“Delivery with Information-On-Time”).

  • Upon reasonable written request, EDH will provide Sponsor access to pertinent substantiating documentation maintained by EDH and required in connection with such reports, subject to the confidentiality requirements contained in Article 6 of this Agreement.

  • If adjudication of a Claim requires interpretation of ambiguous language in the Plan Documents, and Sponsor or its Plan Administrator has not previously indicated to the EDH the proper interpretation of the language, then Sponsor or its Plan Administrator will be responsible for resolving the ambiguity or any other dispute.

  • Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that neither EDH nor Hinge Health directly provide medical or physical therapy services.

  • The Parents /"You" means any person who has signed the Acceptance Form and/or who has accepted responsibility for a child's attendance at this School. Parents are legally responsible, individually and jointly, for complying with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Those who have "parental responsibility" (i.e. legal responsibility for the child) are entitled to receive relevant information concerning the child unless a court order has been made to the contrary, or there are other reasons which justify withholding information to safeguard the interests and welfare and best interests of the child.
