  • The entry into force of the Adherence Agreement also implies acceptance of this adherence by EDF SA and all the companies already covered by the Agreement.

  • Within EDF Group companies controlled by EDF SA, the terms and conditions of agreement implementation will be adopted by their governance body, according to each company's own rules.

  • EDF International is a company organized under the laws of France, formed by EDF SA to conduct its international businesses.

  • The agreement applies to every company in which EDF SA directly or indirectly holds the majority of the voting rights ("the companies controlled by EDF", the “Group” or the “EDF Group”).
