EDF Energy definition

EDF Energy means EDF Energy (UK) Limited (company number 02622406) and any group company of EDF Energy (UK) Limited which holds property and is a licensed holder for any of the purposes under section 6 of the Electricity Act 1989 at Sizewell, and for the purposes of this definition “group company” means any company which is a company within the meaning of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 including EDF Energy Nuclear Generation Limited (company number 03076445) and NNB Generation Company Limited (company number 06937084);
EDF Energy means EDF Energy Plc, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with registered number 02366852;
EDF Energy means EDF Energy Customers Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registered number 2228297 and having its registered office at 90 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 4EZ;

  • If EDF Energy does not agree to that amended Metered Output Forecast the Parties shall rely on an amended Metered Output Forecast prepared by EDF Energy.

  • The Generator indemnifies EDF Energy against all such risks and costs save to the extent that they arise from the negligence or wilful default of EDF Energy.

  • If EDF Energy fails to produce a Billing Statement within this time the Generator may notify EDF Energy of this failure, and if such failure is not remedied within 5 Business Days the Generator shall (as its sole remedy in relation to such failure) be entitled to produce an Invoice utilising actual data obtained from the Authorised Meter Operator.

  • EDF Energy shall promptly issue an Invoice in accordance with Condition 3.5, which shall be payable in accordance with Condition 3.7. This Condition 3.3 shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • If EDF Energy does not agree with that Metered Output Forecast, or if the Metered Output Forecast has not been received by 10 Business Days prior to the Effective Date, the Parties shall rely on a Metered Output Forecast prepared by EDF Energy (with a copy to be provided to the Generator on or before the Effective Date).

  • Ä Subject to clause 9.2, the liability of EDF Energy in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) statute or otherwise arising by reason of or in connection with the Agreement shall be limited in respect of each event or series of connected events to the total payments due from EDF Energy to the Generator for all electricity generated as at the date of the event or series of connected events giving rise to such liability.
