EDEX definition
EDEX means EDEX Machining, LLC, acting through its duly authorized procurement representative, and any persons named on the Purchase Order or Contract as Authorized Representative(s). The procurement representative and Authorized Representative(s) are the only persons authorized to direct the efforts of Contractor.
