EDCT definition

EDCT means the machine provided by the Bank or a person other than the Bank to the Merchant which enables the Merchant to electronically process transactions carried out through the Card;
EDCT means point of sale Electronic Data Capture (“EDC”) Terminals, printers, other peripherals and accessories, including pin cards and necessary software to run the devices in respect of or in connection with or with regard to all the EDC devices/terminals owned by the Bank and installed at the Merchant’s premises in accordance with this T&C.

  • EDCT will liaise with the hirer and third party over any repairs to be carried out but EDCT’s decision will be final over any such repair arrangements, obtaining reasonable quotes & authorising the work.

  • The keys for the vehicle must be returned in line with the procedure as agreed with the EDCT LTD booking staff.

  • It is hereby understood and agreed that the coverages afforded by the insurances required of Contractor set forth in this Article 6 shall not be invalidated or affected by any unintentional omissions or errors.

  • As part of our aim to make booking a vehicle from EDCT LTD as easy as possible, we will ensure that there is sufficient fuel in the vehicle for your journey and a charge of 40 ▇▇▇▇▇ per mile travelled in addition to the booking charge to cover fuel, insurance and general vehicle wear and tear will be billed.

  • All EDCT LTD vehicles are checked for cleanliness, safe operation and roadworthiness on a regular and scheduled basis.

  • EDCT in partnership with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hills College will facilitate 3 CNA trainings to a cohort of fifteen participants each.

  • If in the event of a breakdown in the EDCT or is inoperable for any reason the Merchant shall obtain such authorization from the authorization centre at the Bank in accordance with Clause 5.1 herein.

  • Cannabidiol means a finished preparation containing, of its total cannabinoid content, at least 98 percent cannabidiol and not more than 0.90 percent tetrahydrocannabinol by volume that has been extracted from marijuana or synthesized in a laboratory.
