EDC Slip definition

EDC Slip means a document in the form from time to time provided by the Bank or any other bank, corporation, organization or business entity authorized by VISA International and/or MasterCard International to enable the Merchant by means of a EDC Printer to record the Charges and to evidence a transaction between the Merchant and the Cardholder by the use of the Card.

Examples of EDC Slip in a sentence

  • RHB Bank shall not be obliged to pay the Merchant the amount of any Charges whether the Charges or EDC Slip or Sales Draft, Mail Order or Telephone Order forms or the Merchant Report and/or all the other relevant documents including but is not limited to the Credit Voucher presented on collection basis unless and until the said amount has been received by RHB Bank.

  • The collection fee shall vary according to the transaction amount recorded on the Charges or EDC Slip or the Sales Draft or the Mail Order or Telephone Order form or the Merchant Report.

  • The Sponsored Merchant shall not at any time accept Card to exchange EDC Slip or e-Sales Slip for cash or cheque payment.

  • The Sponsored Merchant shall not at any time accept Card to exchange EDC Slip or e- Sales Slip for cash or cheque payment.

  • The Sponsored Merchant shall not at any time accept Debit Card and/or Credit Card to exchange EDC Slip or e-Sales Slip for cash or cheque payment.
