Examples of EDA Property in a sentence
The EDA’s conveyance of the EDA Property to the Developer pursuant to the Contract will be made in the form of a quit claim deed (the “Deed”).
The condition(s) subsequent will be determined by the EDA in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Section 469.105 and set forth in the Deed conveying the EDA Property to the Developer in the form attached to the Contract.
If Grantee breaches the condition subsequent, Grantee shall re-convey the EDA Property back to Grantor.
The Developer is hereby granted the right to enter upon and inspect, analyze and test the EDA Property for all reasonable purposes, including conducting soil tests.
If the EDA determines in its sole discretion that an emergency exists on the EDA Property and Landowner Encroaching Improvements interfere with the EDA’s ability to remedy or control such emergency, the EDA, without giving notice to the Landowner may remove all or portions of Landowner Encroaching Improvements in order to address the emergency.
The EDA makes no representations concerning nor shall have any responsibility or obligation to undertake any cleanup or remediation on the EDA Property.
The Developer has obtained a commitment for an owner’s title insurance policy issued by the Title Company naming Developer as the proposed owner-insured of the EDA Property (the “Commitment”) together with copies of all documents referred to in the Commitment.
The EDA shall deliver possession of the EDA Property on the Closing Date.
The Developer agrees to take title to the EDA Property subject only to the Permitted Encumbrances to Fee Title set forth in Exhibit G.
The EDA approving the sale of the EDA Property for the Purchase Price at a public hearing.
