EDA Incentives definition
EDA Incentives as used herein means an annual tax credit issued to Tenant by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority under its Grow NJ Assistance Program for a period of up ten (10) years in an amount to be determined by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
