EDA Approval definition

EDA Approval shall have the meaning as defined in the third Recital. "Event of Default" shall have the meaning as defined in Alticle VIT. "Expiration Date" shall have the meaning as defined in Section 2. 1(c).

Examples of EDA Approval in a sentence

  • Seller and its Affiliates shall have received all of the Required Consents (subject to the provisions of Section 7.3(c)) and the EDA Approval.

Related to EDA Approval

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • FDA Approval means the approval of the United States Food and Drug Administration necessary for the marketing, distribution in interstate commerce and sale of the Initial Product (as defined in the Collaboration and License Agreement) in the United States.

  • MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

  • Regulatory Approval means, with respect to the Product in any country or jurisdiction, any approval (including where required, pricing and reimbursement approvals), registration, license or authorization that is required by the applicable Regulatory Authority to market and sell the Product in such country or jurisdiction.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
