ECSI Data definition

ECSI Data means all ECSI-created information, files, content, figures, images, text, files or other data provided by ECSI to Customer in connection with Customer's or its Users' use of the Hosted Platform or Services.

  • ECSI retains ownership of all right, title and interest in and to all ECSI Data.

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
