  • The Co-contractor agrees to pay the recycling fee agreed to below, in order to enable Ecotrel to carry out its function.

  • The Co-contractor may claim a refund: - Of recycling charges paid to Ecotrel or its supplier on acquisition of any EEEs it subsequently exported.

  • This accession agreement will only be validly constituted after approval by the Board of Directors of Ecotrel.
