ECONT may assign to the PARTNER to transport all types of postal shipments from/to a LC or from/to an address based on routes with schedules and timetables by concluding a supplementary written agreement, which shall constitute an integral part of the Contract.
The “STANDARDS” constitute a set of rules developed by ECONT and related to the offering, conclusion and fulfillment of contracts for postal services and additional services, as well as to any incidental activities associated with the performance of the services, which shall be mandatory for all companies operating access points that are part of the Postal Network of ECONT.
For the purpose of performing the postal services and developing the Postal Network, ECONT has divided the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria into zones (sometimes also referred to as administrative areas).
Offering and concluding contracts under terms and prices that differ from the ones mentioned above shall be only allowed with the prior written consent of ECONT.
ECONT shall have the right to unilaterally amend all existing “STANDARDS”, which shall also include the right to: 1) amend specific conditions, rules, prices, requirements, etc.
If the servicing LC is located at a distance of more than 30 km from the respective access point or from the zone serviced by the access point, the delivery of shipments to the access point operated by the PARTNER shall be for the account of ECONT.
The PARTNER shall perform all postal services and additional services, if the services or parts thereof are performed via the access points operated by them or if the pickup/delivery address for postal shipments or postal money transfers is located within the zone serviced by the PARTNER in the cases under point 6.4. ECONT shall not be obliged to assign the performance of each specific service and the presence of knowledge about the service by the PARTNER shall be considered sufficient.
ECONT shall have the right to unilaterally change the set, type, terms and prices of the UPS, NPS and the additional services offered by them at any time and completely at their discretion.
ECONT hereby assigns and the PARTNER hereby undertakes to perform activities related to the provision of additional services outside the scope of UPS and NPS, the terms and conditions for the performance of which shall be described in and governed by the “STANDARDS” of ECONT.
ECONT shall be entitled to unilaterally specify or amend terms and/or deadline/schedule for performance of the obligations hereunder that have already been defined either verbally or in writing.
