Econophone Obligations definition
Econophone Obligations all indebtedness, liabilities and obligations of Econophone to Lender of any class or nature, whether arising under or in connection with this Agreement and/or the other Loan Documents or otherwise , whether now existing or hereafter incurred, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, secured or unsecured, matured or unmatured, joint or several, whether for principal, interest, fees, expenses, lease obligations, indemnities or otherwise, including, without limitation, future advances of any sort, all future advances made by Lender for taxes, levies, insurance and/or repairs to or maintenance of the Collateral, the unpaid principal amount of, and accrued interest on, each Note executed by Econophone, the Guaranty and any expenses of collection or protection of Lender's rights, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
