economic organisation definition
economic organisation means in respect of: - the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia organisations of associated labour, and - the Arab Republic of Egypt, any juridical person as well as any commercial, industrial or other company association or organisation, with or without legal personality having its seat in the territory of the Arabic Republic of Egypt and lawfully existing, whether or not its activities are directed to profit
economic organisation means the economic organisations listed under Paragraph c) of Section 685 of Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code, as well as organisations which, according to the Civil Code, are subject to the provisions on economic organisations concerning the civil law relations of such organisations in connection with their economic activities.
