eConfirm means the email we shall send you for the purpose of confirming your beneficiary and payment details, as described in this agreement;
eConfirm means an email or a link within or following a Trade Confirmation Notice or other communication we shall send you for the purpose of confirming your beneficiary and payment details. “FCA” means the Financial Conduct Authority of ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or any successor body thereto responsible for regulating us within the United Kingdom.
