ECOM Software definition
ECOM Software means the most recent version of the software installed in the ECOM terminal servers manufactured by Autotote or ASI as of the date hereof.
ECOM Software. Means the license provided by eCOM to Customer for the non-exclusive and non-transferable rights to use the software, supplied by eCOM to Customer, necessary to access the Cloud Services. The scope of the license, maintenance, technical support and other terms and conditions for the use of the eCOM Software is covered by a separate agreement.
