Ecofee definition

Ecofee refers to the environmental handling fee invoiced by SORAC to fund the program as set forth in Appendix A of the policy.

Examples of Ecofee in a sentence

  • Eco-fee: A financial contribution payable by Members under the French Environmental Code towards the funding of all operations involving Product management.

  • By declaring the Products marketed, in accordance with the Geographical Scope of Application and the Pricing Scale, and by paying the Eco-fee, the Member contributes financially to the collection of Products scrapped each year with a view to their repurposing, recycling, and energy recovery.

  • Financial Support: The Eco-fee credits or premiums paid by Ecomaison in connection with one of the Services.

  • Under this same hypothesis, the Member must pay the Eco-fee due on backdated declarations, upon receipt of the corresponding invoices, which shall be immediately due and payable.

  • In order to ensure the right information for consumers, and in the interests of loyalty and transparency for all operators involved in the marketing of the product, it is recommended that Members indicate at the bottom of their sales invoices the unit amount of the Eco-fee paid for the management of waste from products and the fact that this Eco-fee, already paid by the Member, allows for the collection and treatment of the product at the end of its life at no cost.

  • Borrower shall also be responsible for all out of pocket expenses in connection with the contemplated financing including without limitation legal fees and expenses, closing costs, appraisal fees, UCC search and recording fees, costs for individual corporate credit reports, mortgage recording fees, fees to initiate electronic reporting, as well as collateral examination costs.

  • Under this same assumption, the Member must pay the Eco-fee due on backdated declarations, upon receipt of the corresponding invoices which shall be immediately due and payable.

  • By declaring sales in accordance with the Scope of Application (see Article 3) and the Pricing Scale and by paying the Eco-fee, the Member makes a financial contribution to the collection of Building Product and Material Waste each year for the purpose of Reuse, recycling and energy recovery in accordance with the objectives set by the technical specifications.

  • Eco-modulation: the modulation of Eco-fees based on Eco-design criteria for TOYS, included in the Pricing Scale, which, in accordance with Article L.541-10-3 of the French Environmental Code may take the form of a bonus when the product meets the performance criteria set out or a penalty in addition to or as a deduction from the Eco-fee, when the product strays from them.

  • Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
