ECO Plan definition

ECO Plan has the meaning given in Section 10(a) of Schedule 10 [Environmental Performance Requirements].

Examples of ECO Plan in a sentence

  • Copies of the EMP and the ECO Plan are attached and marked Annexure B (as on electronic CD).

  • Accordingly, dividends, rebates, premium holidays, health and dependent care FSA account forfeitures, and any other accrual to the ECO VEBA funds shall be credited to the ECO VEBA in the aggregate, not to any particular Church or employee or other Plan participant, and shall be available for payment of any obligations of the ECO Plan as determined by the ECO H&WP Committee and provided for in the ECO VEBA trust.

  • The Owner’s Representative will review the ECO Plan and communicate any concerns to the Contractor at least 7-calendar days prior to the pre-construction meeting.

  • Upon written request the Contractor will provide the Subcontractor with a copy of the ECO Plan at no additional costs.

  • All work shall be carried out in accordance with the current edition of the Environmental Construction Operations Plan (ECO Plan).

  • If the Contractor fails to adhere to the finalized ECO Plan, the Owner’s Representative may make other arrangements to have the Work completed, and deduct the cost thereof from any money owing to the Contractor.

  • The participation of a Church in the ECO Plan, including all applicable contribution requirements, shall be terminated when, and only when, the Church’s membership in the Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians is for any reason terminated.

  • Dispose of such waste at the waste disposal facility identified in the ECO Plan.

  • Churches are not required to extend benefits to PT Church Staff, but if extended, the ECO Plan benefits for which PT Church staff are eligible (and which are required to be offered if any benefits are extended) are those in the Table of Benefit Offerings, below.

  • As part of the ECO Plan, the Contractor shall detail his or her proposed Dutch Elm Disease/ European Elm Bark Beetle / Native Elm Bark Beetle control and removal measures.

Related to ECO Plan

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(a).

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Benefit Plan maintained, sponsored or administered by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries (excluding the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries) for the benefit of their respective current or former employees, independent contractors and directors (and their respective beneficiaries), other than any statutory plan, program or arrangement that is required by applicable Laws, other than the Laws of the United States, and maintained by any Governmental Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, no Partnership Benefit Plan is a Parent Benefit Plan.

  • Nonqualified deferred compensation plan means a compensation plan described in Section 3121(v)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.
