ECIS definition

ECIS means Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equifax organized under the laws of the State of Georgia.

  • The Partnership may utilize the Software, Documentation and the Source Code to create derivative products; however, the Partnership shall not license such derivative products to any party other than ECIS.
