ECI Systems definition
ECI Systems means the information technology infrastructure used by or on behalf of ECI in performing the ECI Services, including all computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by ECI or through the use of third-party “Employee Hour” services. means each hour of time spent by an ECI employee in connection with the performance of ECI Services for the benefit of Client, including all Help Desk Services and time “on-site” (including actual travel time unless Client’s Service Location is within the limits of the metropolitan area of the ECI office serving Client); provided, however, that the limits of any metropolitan area shall not be greater than [50] miles from the location of the ECI office serving Client.
