ECHC definition

ECHC and “ECCF” or “the facilities” or “the jail” shall refer to the Erie County Holding Center, the Erie County Correctional Facility, or the facilities jointly, as well as any facility that is built, leased, or otherwise used, to replace or supplement either or both facilities.

Examples of ECHC in a sentence

  • The suicide screen will be conducted upon admission to ECHC and upon re-entry of inmates to ECHC after sentencing.

  • The County agrees to modify all bunk holes to be made suicide- resistant in all podular units in ECHC by June 1, 2011.

  • The County agrees to implement its program to utilize a registered nurse to administer suicide and/or health screenings for inmates admitted to ECHC.

  • The County represents that it has already awarded the contract to replace the existing air ventilation grates in the podular units in ECHC with grates having holes that are 1/8” to 3/16” wide (16-mesh per square inch), so there are no protrusions, and agrees to complete the performance of such work by December 1, 2010.

Related to ECHC

  • CHC means Continuing Healthcare, where the NHS, having assessed any person as requiring full time nursing care in a residential healthcare service, provides and procures the provision of such nursing care at a service level which is consistent with the NHS service. This is paid irrespective of financial means. However, the person in need of and receipt of such a service may pay to the provider of that service an additional payment to reflect the enhanced quality and specification of care above the NHS service level;

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

  • OPWC means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity. An entity “controls” another if it owns directly or indirectly a sufficient voting interest to elect a majority of the directors or managing authority or otherwise direct the affairs or management of the entity.

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
