ECHA definition

ECHA means the European Chemicals Agency.

Examples of ECHA in a sentence

  • Supplier shall ensure that Wavin’s use of the delivered substances is included in any registration and request for authorization at ECHA and in the Safety Data Sheets and Exposure Scenario’s belonging to substances (in itself, in preparations or in Products) delivered to Wavin.

  • Seller must provide Buyer with a list of Substances contained in any of the Products that were included on the Candidate List published by ECHA.

  • Thereafter, if a Substance is added to the Candidate List by ECHA, and that Substance is also contained in any Products, Seller must notify Buyer within fifteen (15) days following publication of the list.

  • WE ASSUME NEITHER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS CLASSIFICATION NOR FOR ANY REQUIRED SUBSTANCE NOTIFICATION TO THE EUROPEAN UNION CLASSIFICATION & LABELING INVENTORY MAINTAINED BY THE EUROPEAN CHEMICALS AGENCY (ECHA).

  • This shall also include ECHA administrative fees for all Members of the Submission Group that act as Applicants with the limitation that only one legal entity fee for each Applicant shall be included.

  • No warranty for acceptance of the Dossier(s) by ECHA or granting of an Authorisation by the Commission is given.

  • Payment is due with 1 month after receipt of an invoice by the Lead Registrant.If the information is not yet available (e.g. Annex IX or X studies where the test plan is pending ECHA review) the Non-Lead Member will be receive rights to refer to the testing plan in the joint submission and be contacted later if new studies are conducted subject to Paragraph 6 of this Article.

  • Submission Group costs include the following costs: technical consultancy and management fees to finalize the Application within the scope of the respective Submission Group, costs for filing the Application with ECHA, and costs for actively pursuing and supporting that Application until it has been granted or refused by the European Commission.

  • Upon proposal of the Consortium Manager, the Steering Committee shall adopt a work and finance plan concerning the planned activities until the completion and submission of the Dossier(s) and final decision by ECHA and the European Commission.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, finalization of the Application, filing the IUCLID 5/6 document with ECHA, responding to questions of ECHA and the public during the submission phase, and conducting a PSIS.

Related to ECHA

  • CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (Fish & G. Code, § 2050 et seq.) and all rules, regulations and guidelines promulgated pursuant to that Act.
