ECF Termination Date definition
ECF Termination Date means March 31, 2017.
ECF Termination Date means the date on which a principal amount of at least U.S.$100,000,000 of the 2023 Notes issued on or about the Effective Date have been redeemed or repurchased (and cancelled).
