ECE Regulation. , followed by a number, means the Regulation annexed to the Agreement concerning the adoption of uniform conditions of approval for Motor Vehicles Equipment and Parts and reciprocal recognition thereof concluded at Geneva on 20th March 1958, as amended, to which the United Kingdom is a party, of which identifying particulars are given in the item in column (3)(a), (b) and (c) of Table 2 in Schedule 1 in which that number appears in column (2), and where that number contains more than 2 digits, it refers to that Regulation with the amendments in force at the date specified in column (3)(d) in that item;
ECE Regulation means a regulation annexed to the Agreement concerning the adoption of uniform technical prescriptions for wheeled vehicles equipment and parts which can be fitted and or used on wheeled vehicles and the conditions for reciprocal recognition of approvals granted on the basis of these prescriptions (1958 Agreement, as amended);
ECE Regulation means a Regulation annexed to the 1958 Geneva Agreement.
