ECCAS Legal Framework definition
ECCAS Legal Framework means: (a) the Treaty Establishing the Economic Community of Central African States signed in Libreville, the Gabonese Republic, on October 18, 1983, by the Heads of State and Government of the States of Central Africa; and (b) the Revised Treaty dated December 18, 2019.
