  • In the event of any inconsistency among the provisions of any such documents, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the ECC Act, the provisions of this Agreement will take precedence and bind the parties and in particular the Members agree that the specific provisions of this Agreement shall override those general provisions in the Articles.
