ECB Regulations definition

ECB Regulations means any ECB rules, regulations, codes or policies as are in force from time to time.
ECB Regulations means the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, as amended, the Foreign Exchange Management (Borrowing and Lending) Regulations, 2018, as amended, the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of any Foreign Security) Regulations, 2004, as amended, Master Direction on ‘External Commercial Borrowings, Trade Credits and Structured Obligations’ dated March 26, 2019 issued by the Reserve Bank of India (as amended and replaced from time to time), and any other directions, notifications and circulars issued in connection with the same, and other applicable Indian laws in connection herewith.
ECB Regulations means the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, the Foreign Exchange Management (Borrowing and Lending Regulations), 2018 and the Master Direction - External Commercial Borrowings, Trade Credits and Structured Obligations issued by the Reserve Bank of India dated March 26, 2019 as amended, modified or replaced from time to time.
