Ecast definition

Ecast means defendant Ecast, Inc., a privately held company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business in San Francisco, California, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their officers, managers, agents, employees, and directors acting or claiming to act on its behalf.

Examples of Ecast in a sentence

  • Such examination shall occur during normal business hours and at the place where Ecast normally maintains such books and records.

  • Within five (5) business days following execution, Ecast will also withdraw the Petition for Writ of Mandamus it filed in the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit on April 20, 2004.

Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.
