ECA Material definition
ECA Material means any material provided to you by ECA in relation to this agreement, or to use in the Project Material. Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of and which could not have been reasonably foreseen by the parties, including riot, war, invasion, acts of terrorism, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, catastrophe, flood, fire, natural disaster, imposition of sanctions, government action, or embargo, but excludes a party’s failure to perform this agreement.
