ECA Indebtedness definition

ECA Indebtedness means any indebtedness incurred in order to fund the deliveries of new Aircraft Assets, which indebtedness is guaranteed by one or more Export Credit Agencies, including guarantees thereof by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
ECA Indebtedness means any Indebtedness issued to or owed to or guaranteed or otherwise supported by any export credit agency (whether of the United States or any foreign jurisdiction and including, without limitation, Export-Import Bank of the United States, Compagnie Française d’Assurance pour le Commerce Extérieur, Nippon Export and Investment Insurance and any other government export credit agency) or institution serving a similar function for the purpose of financing (in whole or in part) the purchase, acquisition, design, construction, manufacture, installation, testing, delivery or launch of one or more satellites and/or any gateway facilities, earth stations and other ground infrastructure (including user terminals and hub equipment) relating thereto or any similar services with respect to any or all of the foregoing, and any insurance premiums, fees, costs and expenses with respect to any of the foregoing.

ECA Indebtedness means any Financial Indebtedness whether present or future, direct or indirect (other than pursuant to the Transaction Documents or the Other Transaction Documents) including by way of a direct loan to the Head Lessee or any other member of the Group or pursuant to a lease financing or other financing structure, to which the Head Lessee or any member of the Group is a party and which is guaranteed, insured, supported or otherwise covered by any Export Credit Agency. Other ECA Loans has the meaning given to the term "ECA Loans" in any Other All Parties Agreement.
