ECA Facilities definition

ECA Facilities means the agreements governing Existing Indebtedness, other than the ARCA and the Existing Notes, under which the obligations are secured by Liens on one or more ECA Vessels.
ECA Facilities means the agreements governing Existing Indebtedness, other than the Existing Credit Agreements, the Existing Notes and the Exchangeable Notes, under which the obligations are secured by Liens on one or more Vessels (each, an “ECA Facility”).
ECA Facilities means the GIEK Lender Facility, the KEXIM-Facility and the K-sure Facility.

  • This assumption motion includes the three aircraft previously removed from the ECA Facilities referenced above.

ECA Facilities means each of (i) that certain Credit Agreement dated October 12, 2012, as amended by a first amendment dated July 25, 2014 and as further amended and restated by a supplemental agreement dated April 21, 2020, as further amended and restated by a third supplemental agreement dated February 18, 2021, and as further modified from time to time, among Breakaway Four, Ltd. as Borrower, NCL Corporation Ltd., various lenders, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH as facility agent, collateral agent and Hermes agent and the other agents and parties named therein and (ii) that certain Loan Agreement dated December 19, 2018 (effective January 8, 2019), as amended and restated by an amendment and restatement agreement dated February 17, 2021, as further amended and restated by an amendment and restatement agreement dated June 17, 2021 and as further modified from time to time, among O Class Plus One, LLC as Borrower, various lenders, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as SACE agent, BNP Paribas, as facility agent and HSBC Corporate Trustee Company (UK) Limited, as security trustee and the other agents and parties named therein, as guaranteed by NCL Corporation Ltd.

Related to ECA Facilities

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).
