EC Software definition

EC Software means the electronic commerce software that is owned by iTools that iTools uses to provide the ecPortal Services excluding any portion of the ecPortal software that is owned by any third party, including but not limited to the transaction processing software.

  • This ▇▇▇▇ (including any addendum or amendment to this ▇▇▇▇ which is included with the Software) is the entire agreement between Customer and EC Software relating to the Software and the support services (if any) and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this ▇▇▇▇.

  • In accepting this agreement, Customer acknowledges that the Software remains the sole property of EC Software and/or their licensors.

  • Customer agrees that EC Software may collect and use technical information gathered as part of the product support services provided to Customer, if any, related to the Software.

Related to EC Software

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
