EC Policy definition

EC Policy means a policy of insurance issued for the purposes of Part IV of the ECO and includes any endorsement to that policy;
EC Policy means, collectively, the Company Code of Conduct Policy, Commitment and Policy on Health, Security, Safety, The Environment and Social Performance and General Business Principles. “Equity Incentive Plan” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.05. “Exchange Act” means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
