EC Parkade definition
EC Parkade means the parking facility to be constructed on the Lands which shall be used for the parking of vehicles in respect of day-to-day Event Centre operational activities and for use by patrons of any Event, as shown on Schedule “B” hereto and as confirmed and in accordance with Section 18.1(b) hereof and including, without limitation, all facilities forming a part thereof.
